How do we get so lucky anyway? We got to be with our daughter Elizabeth's family in Mexico a couple of weeks ago. We had a blast. Now let me tell you, there were some downsides. The weather wasn't perfect 100% of the time. As an example, we had a rainstorm that actually created a stream that ran through our front door in the condo. This was not a good thing, little Adam as seen above, seem to slip on the slick marble tile each time the tile became wet. In general, it did not dampen his spirit. There is something about a two-year-old who gets to throw sand and have that be okay. It was really quite fun. Sarah is seven, Steven is five, Adam is 2 1/2. I feel so blessed to be their grandmother and get to go on trips with them.
